Take a jar filled with raw honey. Crush or mince about 10-12 garlic cloves and add it to the jar. Allow the jar to sit on a window or a sill for 3 days . After 3 -days its ready to consume . One can have 1-2 tsp of this each day . ( 2 tsp is good for kids )
